These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juliace ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing the juliace website at juliace.org, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the juliace platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop web browser, a mobile browser on a smartphone or tablet, or any other compatible device. Access to the Platform constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

Participation in any gaming or betting activity on the juliace platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being) and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of juliace or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gambling in the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated above. You further agree to notify juliace immediately if you cease to meet any of these requirements at any point during the life of your account.

To access the full range of games, bonuses, and financial services offered by juliace, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your date of birth, a valid and active email address, a Philippine mobile number, and your preferred currency (Philippine Peso — PHP).

You are strictly permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the juliace platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. juliace will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login details.
• You agree to notify juliace's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account registration is free of charge. juliace will never charge a fee solely for creating an account.

juliace reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal or closure, subject to its obligations to return any legitimate player funds held on account at the time of closure.

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and its implementing rules and regulations, juliace is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during the life of your account if juliace detects activity that warrants additional verification.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Primary ID: A clear, legible copy of one valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include a Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilHealth card, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or Philippine National ID (PhilSys).
• Proof of Address: A document issued within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address — acceptable documents include a utility bill (Meralco, MAYNILAD, Manila Water), a bank statement from BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, or a barangay certificate of residency.
• Payment Method Verification: Depending on the payment method used, juliace may request a screenshot or confirmation of your GCash, Maya, or bank account showing your name and account number to confirm ownership.
• Source of Funds: For large withdrawals or where required by our AML compliance framework, juliace may request documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds deposited on the Platform.

juliace will process KYC documentation submissions within three (3) business days of receipt. During the pendency of KYC review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Failure to provide complete and satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a verification request will result in account suspension pending resolution.

juliace accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, USDT via the TRC20 network, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger a mandatory KYC review.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your juliace account balance within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during normal banking hours.
• juliace does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees, which are solely your responsibility.
• All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
• juliace reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time through the juliace account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. juliace does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of request approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same Philippine banking business day if the request is submitted before 3:00 PM PHT.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two (2) to six (6) hours subject to network confirmation.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a mandatory KYC review before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction.
• Any balance derived entirely from bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• juliace reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a requirement to conduct additional AML checks.

juliace offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the point of offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your account. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked independently until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. Game contribution rates vary — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and Sic Bo contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses expire within a specified number of days as stated in the offer. Any bonus balance and associated pending winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• juliace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting game mechanics to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinated play with other accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All games offered on the juliace platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures conducted under monitored studio conditions. The specific rules governing each game — including payout rates, game procedures, side bet rules, and tie-handling procedures — are accessible within the individual game interface and constitute part of these Terms by incorporation.

• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed in your account history and the result recorded on juliace's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record.
• If a game malfunctions or is interrupted due to a technical fault during an active round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to your account balance.
• juliace does not guarantee any specific rate of return or outcome for any game. All games involve an element of chance and the house edge means that the Platform retains a statistical advantage over time.
• Winnings from games are credited to your account balance immediately upon the conclusion of a valid game round as recorded by the server.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juliace platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with juliace.
• Attempting to access or use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, make wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Performing chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider after using deposited funds to place wagers.

juliace is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that while the majority of players enjoy gambling as entertainment, a small percentage may develop problematic gambling behaviours that require support and intervention.

All juliace accounts include the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

juliace enforces PAGCOR's mandatory 21+ age restriction without exception. If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account dashboard and to seek professional support.

juliace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• At the request of a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons not related to a breach of these Terms, juliace will return any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any required KYC verification and AML checks.

All content on the juliace platform — including but not limited to the juliace name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of juliace or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of juliace.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juliace, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Loss of data, unauthorised access to your account, or security breaches not caused by juliace's negligence.
• Any game malfunction, technical error, or inaccuracy in game results that has been resolved in accordance with Clause 8 of these Terms.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit juliace's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

juliace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at juliace.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

juliace processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Your data is processed for purposes including account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, direct marketing communications.

juliace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — juliace will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the most recent amendment took effect. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and juliace relating to your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
